When Hwa was 22 he once met a strange guy in a black outfit along a fedora. He had never seen him before, yet it was as if the guy was looking for him. The man held a weird device against his ear, and without even noticing at first, the chip that had been in his ear all his life had stopped blinking. "Do you feel that?" he said as Hwa just stood there confused. Feel? He wasn't supposed to feel, that would be illegal. But strangely it was as if a sense of freedom washed over him, getting a new perspective on what has been happening all his life. And Hwa wasn't the only one.Months of breaking followed, with more and more people joining a resistance group called the Black Pirates. Those who want to free the people by using art to make people feel again. But being a Black Pirate doesn't come easy. Guardians from Strictland are on the haunt, day and night, to stop the rebellion, but the Black Pirates have the Cromer. This is an hourglass like object used to dimension travel, the only way they can escape the police force.The only way for Hwa to escape and not get caught was to go to a parallel world and hide.
